How it works
From spreadsheet to portal in four steps.

Pick the institute
Open the RBSK portal, sign in as usual and open the side panel. Choose Anganwadi Centre or School.

Pick the job
New Child Entry registers students in bulk. Child Screening records height, weight, vision, Hb and defects.

Download the table
For screening, the extension pulls every student already on the portal into a spreadsheet, pre-filled with reference values for you to replace.

Upload and start
Fill in the readings, upload the sheet and press Start. The extension fills and submits each form on the portal while you watch.

Readings are taken on paper or in Excel first. The extension does the part after that: getting every one of them into the portal.

- Register a whole class or centre from one sheet instead of typing each child's details into the portal.
- Screening entry
- Height, weight, vision, blood pressure, haemoglobin, defects and referrals are entered for every student in turn.

- Already keep records in Excel? Match your columns to the portal's fields once. Only Name and Date of Birth are required.
- Anaemia from Hb
- Enter the Hb reading and the anaemia condition is set to match it, using bands for the child's age and gender.
- Picks up where it stopped
- If a batch is interrupted, upload the same file again and skip the rows that were already submitted.

- See which entries went through and which need another look, so nothing is submitted twice or missed.

Privacy
Children's health records stay where they belong.
Screening data goes from your computer to the government portal and nowhere else. The privacy policy and terms of service have the details.

- Student details go only to the RBSK portal and to files you download. We never receive them.
- Runs only on the portal
- The extension works on rbsk.mohfw.gov.in and nowhere else. It doesn't read other sites or your browsing history.
- Just a mobile number
- You sign in with a one-time password. We keep your number, your credit balance and a count of entries used.
- Payments by Razorpay
- You pay on Razorpay's checkout page. We never see your card or bank details.
Is this an official government tool?
No. RBSK Auto Screening is an independent tool made by xtended. It isn't made or endorsed by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare or the RBSK programme.
How much does it cost?
You buy a pack of credits inside the extension, and each form it submits successfully uses one credit. There's no subscription, and an entry that fails doesn't use a credit.
Do I still need my RBSK portal login?
Yes. The extension works in the portal tab you're signed in to, with your own login, and only for the students you're authorised to screen.
What if my internet drops halfway through?
Press Start again with the same file. The extension remembers which rows were submitted and offers to skip them.
Can I use my credits on another computer?
Yes. Credits belong to your mobile number, so signing in on another computer shows the same balance.
Which browsers does it work in?
Google Chrome on a desktop or laptop computer.
