RBSK Auto Screening privacy policy

• Student and screening records stay in your browser and on the RBSK portal. We never send them to our servers.
• To manage prepaid entry credits, we receive only your mobile number (to sign you in with a one-time password), a license key, and your credit balance and usage counts.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see your card or bank details.
• We don't sell data, show ads, or use analytics or tracking.

The extension handles student details such as name, PEN or AWC ID, date of birth, gender, class, parents' names, ABHA ID, mobile number, height, weight, vision, haemoglobin, defects found and referrals.

It reads them from the RBSK portal pages you open, or from spreadsheet files you choose, so it can fill in, submit and export screening entries for you. They are submitted only to the RBSK portal and exported only to files you download. Temporary progress may be kept in your browser's local extension storage so an interrupted batch can resume.

Mobile number. Sent to our billing service (api.xtended.in), which texts you a one-time password to sign you in to your credit account. If you give us an email address, we store it with your account too.

License key, credit balance and usage counts.Stored in your browser and on our billing service to track and deduct prepaid entry credits. Each submitted entry records only a count, never the student's details.

Payments.You enter payment details directly on Razorpay's checkout page, under Razorpay's privacy policy. We receive only the payment confirmation and the pack purchased.

The extension runs only on https://rbsk.mohfw.gov.in/*. It doesn't read or change any other website, and it doesn't collect your browsing history.

We use the information above only for the extension's single purpose: helping you enter, submit and export RBSK screening records, and managing your entry credits. We don't use it for advertising, profiling, or creditworthiness or lending decisions. We don't sell or transfer it to third parties, except as needed to send one-time passwords, process payments, or comply with the law.

Our use of information received through Chrome extension APIs follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Data in your browser stays there until you clear it, sign out or uninstall the extension. We keep account data (mobile number, license key, and credit and payment history) while your account is active and as required for accounting and tax records. To have your account data deleted, email [email protected].

All communication with our billing service and the RBSK portal uses HTTPS. Your license key is sent in a request header, never in a URL.

The extension is a tool for authorised health workers, not for children. Student health information is processed only on the government RBSK portal and on the user's own device, on behalf of the health programme.
