RBSK Auto Screening terms of service

The extension is an independent tool. It is not made, endorsed or supported by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK) or any government body. The RBSK portal, and the records in it, are governed by their own rules.

The extension is for health workers and staff who are authorised to enter screening data on the RBSK portal. You must use it only with your own portal login and only for students you are authorised to screen.

• Check the data you upload or enter. The extension submits what you give it; you are responsible for its accuracy.
• Follow the RBSK portal's rules and any instructions from your programme or department.
• Keep your license key and sign-in to yourself.
• Don't use the extension to access data you aren't authorised to see, to overload the portal, or to interfere with its operation.

Entries are paid for with prepaid credits. One credit is used for each entry the extension submits successfully. Credits are bought in packs at the prices shown in the extension, and payments are processed by Razorpay.

Credits are tied to your account and can't be transferred or exchanged for cash. If a payment is charged twice, or charged without credits being added to your account, email [email protected]and we'll add the credits or refund the payment. Other purchases aren't refundable except where the law requires.

The extension depends on the RBSK portal, which can change without notice. If a change breaks the extension, we'll try to fix it promptly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the extension, its features and the credit prices; price changes don't affect credits you have already bought.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the extension under these terms. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer it, or remove its notices, except where the law allows.

The extension is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It is a data-entry tool and gives no medical advice. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for errors in data you submit. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the extension after a change means you accept the updated terms.
